The Power of Motivation

There is a story about a dog who boasts his ability as a runner. One day, the dog was chasing a rabbit, but it was time that he failed to catch the rabbit. Found the reality that failure of the dog, the other dogs used to taunted him about his pride. but cocky dog answered: "You have to remember that the rabbit is running for his life, and I just ran for my lunch."

Two different motivations make the different  results too, in total desperation rabbits can run faster than dogs who are just looking for food. When we have a strong motivation, even though we look small and weak one, we can beat any heavy challenge. our business may be small, but if it is run by people who have great motivation, it's not impossible that we could be better than a large company with the people who have small motivated. Small and weak doesn't mean we will always lose. Motivation can be described as an "axe", blunt motivation will waste a lot of effort and money. but as we have always sharpened the "axe motivation" and of course wisdom (planning, strategy, creativity), then our efforts will not be in vain. Certainly we don/t need like a new rabbit who run when chased by dogs.
