Coffee may have the same taste, but enjoyed the atmosphere will provide a different experience. Therefore, The Starbucks ways, not quite describe the taste of coffee, but also a description of the service does.

Joseph A. Michelli, author of "The Starbucks Experience" had no idea about this. "They (Starbucks) helps us understand the benefits if a company considers human relations as a priority," he said. Friendly
At The Starbucks ways ,  Friendly is the ultimate way to give a warm impression on customers. One way is to remember names and drinks of people and their dogs names and where their child's school and all the things that I can know of them," said a barista.

The story of Angela barista example. There once was a woman entered with a face frantically to Starbucks where she worked. Then order a coffee. She was like she was crying. Angela tried to talk to him, while offering the best choice of a cup of coffee. Turns out she was in trouble. When the coffee came, Angela says that coffee is free today for him. "He was thrilled. He went and we did not think much about it because we were happy to have made him happy," said Angela.

Some time later she sends flowers to the booth and thanked him for now the problem is over. After that she became a regular customer of Starbucks.


Attention
Attention is not only aimed at the customers but the "others". Anyone else here means customers, potential customers, critics, partners, shareholders, managers, support staff, farmers, those who harvest the coffee, vending, and even the environment. For the outlet level, the partners are always looking for ways to pay attention to the local environment and issues surrounding social and participate in it.

Insightful
In the information age, any job, adding value to the hard work happens when we gain insights pertaining to the job. When we have more information, we are in the business of value, confidence, and a real influence on others we are also increasing. The higher an employee knowledge of a product, the greater the impact he can make in the life of a customer.

Care
Care means to participate actively in the stores, the company, and in the community. In a fast paced world like today, businesses do not have a bright future if employees act cool by doing just enough. Successful business is growing rapidly as a result of the sweat and tears of our colleagues who understand how to embrace the opportunities quickly.

Some people view the company as an island of its own, apart from the community and society as a whole. Starbucks understands that a company, big or how small, could be an asset to the community it serves. That's where the need for care.

By having such a  social concept, The Starbucks ways can quickly spread everywhere.
